I have health anxiety, so I was a bit nervous to get my IUD fitted, but from the first phone call a few weeks prior, to getting the actual fitting, Leanne was absolutely brilliant. She talked me through the procedure clearly, and when I made her aware that I might get nervous or feel faint I felt acknowledged, relieving some of my anxiety. The fitting itself ran smoothly, and Leanne and her brilliant student nurse (I forgot her name, sorry!) did a great job of distracting me or making me laugh so I felt more relaxed. The aftercare was also made clear to me, verbally and through booklets I took home, and it’s been a few days now and all seems to be well! A year ago I never thought I’d ever do a procedure/fitting like this, but the whole process felt so simple and I believe that is largely down to Leanne’s warmth and professionalism, along with her friendly student nurse she had with her on the day. Leanne is clearly in the right job and I would trust her with any other health matter. Good luck to the student nurse, too! Thanks for making me smile!

Leanne was a great nurse, I was very nervous throughout my coil fitting and she calmed me down great. Very understanding and great to have a chat with. Explained everything to me and answered all my questions to a great standard. Would definitely see her again in the future:)
